7. Conclusion:
1. Be sure to have your question and hypothesis written.
2. List the materials you will be using. 3. Write the procedure for your lab, which should be a numbered step by step set of instructions (either before or while you do the lab). 4. Set up your data table to record your measurements (be sure to label and include units). 5. Do the lab two times and record data each time. Guide: 1. Question: A testable question is one that can be answered by designing and conducting an experiment. 2. Hypothesis: What do you think the answer to your question will be? (I think... because... OR If.. then... because statement)
5. Data Table: Insert a data table that is labeled and includes units (g) 1. Today you will begin designing your own conservation of mass lab. (Question, hypothesis, materials) 2. Go to google classroom and read through the google slides there. 3. Check back later today for a video for more explanation of options for you to do this at home. *Video* Mrs. Owens email 1. Go to google classroom and do the Ed Puzzle (click on the link and then log in with google). 2. If you don't understand the game part, no worries- just do your best). :o)
1. Add the notes (attached below) to page 36 of your Science notebook. 2. Sign into brain pop and watch the video "Conservation of mass". *username: kms678 password:brainpop
1. Finish watching "Twisting the dragon's tail".
2. Play the kahoot on what we have learned this week! 3. Have a great weekend! 1. We are going to go over the questions from P. 79 (make sure you turn these in (Google classroom) if you were absent).
2. Watch Isotope brain pop (link below) username: kms678 password: brainpop https://www.brainpop.com/science/matterandchemistry/isotopes/ 2.
